We guarantee that all of the properly submitted videos will be reviewed and evaluated by a Mega Mega Media Productions ™ executive for the purpose of critiquing and or further review by professional talent scouts/agencies and other entertainment venues.
Supplemental rules for online Audition requirements:

You acknowledge that your video might be filmed to create a program (the “Program”) which may at a later date be distributed via television, Internet, cable, satellite, or any other such means. You acknowledge that the producers reserve the right, exercisable at any time in their sole discretion, to determine whether or not to include you and your submitted video in the Program, and there is no guarantee that you will be included in any such the Programs.

Please do not wear any clothing items that do not have designer names, sports teams, or any other logos or brand names, or bearing the name or likeness of a celebrity, living or dead.

In your video audition, Practice your act/ moves etc. several times before making your final tape.  Remember your video is guaranteed to will be viewed by a Media executive. If you are called back, you may be asked to perform in front of other media executives on a higher level.

Except where otherwise prohibited by law, we reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from the audition process or at any point during the audition, for violation of any portion of the Rules and the Internet Rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process or any potential evaluation/review process. Having your video reviewed/ evaluated, does not ensure that you will be selected to continue to the next stage.

The submission of your video audition constitutes your consent and agreement to the recording and use of your performance, appearance, name, voice, likeness and any musical or sound effects produced by you and/or them for use in connection with any television program, motion picture or the Internet for all purposes (including advertising, marketing, promotion, republishing to different websites, merchandising and the exploitation of any and all ancillary and subsidiary rights), as the same may be edited, in all media now known or hereafter created, throughout the universe, in perpetuity for no compensation at this time, unless otherwise required by law.

If you do not wish to be seen in the media or any of the above media related venues, or do not agree with these terms, please do not submit a video of yourself.
The submission of your video audition by yourself will be conclusively deemed to be a waiver of any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, etc. All federal, state and local laws apply.

This website is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If your video audition contains either, even if you are the only participant in the video, do not submit it.  Also, be advised that we will work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation.

Do not post or submit videos showing dangerous or illegal acts, like animal abuse or bomb making. Displays of violence are not allowed. If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, do not post or submit it.
Upload only videos that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means do not upload videos you did not make or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, or videos made by other users, without their permission.

We encourage free speech and defend every person’s right to express unpopular points of view, but we do not permit hate songs or acts which contains racially defaming slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular group based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, and/or nationality.

When to Line Up at the American Idol locations and all other information 
concerning the auditions is tentative at this time. Audition cities, dates and/or times may change.  All of the Individuals who are deemed American Idol potential winners or deemed to have the potential to become finalist will be sent date info along with how to impress the judges.

There is no guarantee that you will be seen for an audition by the officials of the American Idol TV Show. You are guaranteed to be coached and or given an evaluation that may put you in a position to have a shot for fame that is equal to or better than many former contestants.  Even if you are there( At actual American Idol audition venue, at the opening of the auditions, or earlier, you are not guaranteed an audition. Furthermore, the producers of the show may reserve the right to select any individuals in line for auditions. This means persons who arrive after you may get an audition even though you do not.

Also, you may not hold a place in line for another person for an extended period of time.

You may be subject to a thorough background investigation, including criminal background check and other examinations, at the producer’s discretion.

There is a one time 24.95 fee per video act. Any and all paid entertainment work you obtain as a result of this website, whether resulted (directly or indirectly), will be on a contract/ independent contractor basis. A finder's fee/agent fee/ and or monetary commission percentage, is to be paid to owners /its beneficiaries of the website, its successors and or assigns.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by the producers in their sole discretion and governed by California law. Contestants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in San Diego, California. The producers do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to your being on the American Idol TV Show, other than preparation and or review/evaluation for potential /audition/appearance. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless sponsor, the producers, and its and their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, damage or other loss arising out of or related to your participation in the contest, including without limitation any material submitted by you, any failure on your part to fully comply with these rules, and any acceptance and use of any prize.

You understand that though you may not be paid for any use of audition video. It is the intention (If your talent if deemed marketable )of the producers of this website to pass your video on to others in order to get you paid work in the entertainment industry.
